A medium-sized bank, which is prevented from developing by its own compliance control. The leadership's fears of sanctions put an end to development. Non-residents are only allowed to open a card for 1 year and then only in tenge. Currency cards are not issued to non-residents. A simple currency transfer abroad can take 3 days of trips to the bank. And the registration of a currency contract can take from 2 weeks to six months. The bank's employees are good people by themselves, but compliance control puts an end to their work and to the bank's customers.
