Disgusting service and employees' ignorance of the basic basics of accounting. They could not explain why the final and initial balances did not match in the statements for two adjacent days: on December 31, the balance was 72 euros, and on January 1 it was already 55 euros. The employee honestly said, "I do not know." I went for a certificate of account closure three times, the first two times I was told that a certificate would be issued, but come back later when the card is closed. On the third visit, I was told that such a certificate was not issued at all.
