Well, there are peculiarities with the execution of swift orders, due to the fact that the service is apparently not very in demand. There is also actual misinformation on the bank's website regarding the card issue period. In fact, in all cities except the capitals, maps are prepared in 10 days, regardless of the urgency of the issue.
