A terrible bank! I've never seen anything like this before. The managers are not qualified! The head of the department is not competent! 2 were sitting in line to put the initial amount on the account to get a car on credit. Then, when our turn came, we sat for about two hours at the manager without a name (the nameplate was empty). Next, asking the manager what is the matter, why are we waiting so long? There was an answer for another 5 minutes. As a result, we have been sitting for 3 hours, to the question did you do something wrong in the database, there was a reluctant answer Yes, now we have requested deletion, we are waiting for a response from the finance department. In my opinion, the most terrible bank and all the staff. I don't advise anyone to get into our situation.
