A stunning hotel located in the Ichan-Kala fortress. It is an ideal option if you are in Uzbekistan for the first time, and you do not know what, where, and how! I really want to mention the friendly attitude of the staff! They will tell you everything and tell you where to go, where it is better to shop, and pour tea with delicious homemade cakes.) Those who are looking for help will receive it at the reception.) Special thanks to Administrator Hiko for her help in a very important matter). Just the quintessence of hospitality!)
The rooms in the hotel are clean, they often write about pressure problems and the taste of water - I did not notice. The pressure is excellent, the water is warm, there are curtains in the bathroom. The breakfast is very tasty and varied - Buffet. The girls in the kitchen are wonderful housewives, even if you come to breakfast late, they won't leave you hungry.))) I will definitely come back here! Khiva - one love!

The hotel is quite good for its category.
Great location in the old town. The staff is very responsive, they respond to any request. The breakfasts are modest, there is no coffee machine ((but there are many cafes and restaurants around where you can eat delicious food and serve good coffee, including Turkish cooking in Turkey.

Very polite, caring staff.Checked in earlier than the specified time.The hotel is located in the old town a little away from the main attractions - it's quiet at night In the rooms, everything is new, it just shines.Linen, towels - new, white.All appliances are in good working order. There is a kettle in the room.There is a water cooler on the ground floor.The price-quality ratio is just super, I recommend it.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 days. I liked it very much.
Wonderful location, constant cleanliness, comfortable rooms, good hearty breakfast. The luxury room is very nice. The double rooms are comfortable and quite spacious.
You can count on the help of the guys from the reception not only in terms of the work of the hotel. They helped me a lot with everyday things, like: walking to the bank, making a local SIM card, finding a hairdresser, bringing down the price of wool socks)
I have very fond memories of staying at this hotel!

A great hotel. If we stop, it's here. The staff is polite and friendly. If you have any questions, they will direct you and help you. I also want to mention several points at once that give them advantages:
1.Transfer from the airport to the hotel and back.
2. Honest staff, they will tell you everything without lying.
3. The room is clean and comfortable. The room has a bathroom, which pleases, as well as a hairdryer, soap and shampoo.
4. The breakfast is full.
5. Comfortable.
6. The room rate is acceptable.

New building, gorgeous room, super breakfast, right in Ichan-kala (old town). But it's also a minus: it's noisy. There is an air conditioner. Breakfast is decent. The staff is polite. But the furniture, although new and looks expensive, is actually falling apart. And prices are biting by local standards

We were in December. The room is warm. Everything is there. An electric kettle was provided on request. Breakfast is quite normal (scrambled eggs, sausages, cheese, sausage, vegetables, fruits, bread, cottage cheese, sour cream, juice, tea, coffee). Attentive staff.
