They ruined the shoes by putting two large patches that changed their appearance. They refused to fix it, which I'm ready to understand, so I can't imagine how this is possible. The solution with patches was argued with the words "well, what did you want?".
I would like to be communicated with to a sufficient extent so that it is clear that they are going to not just fix a hole for me, but change the design of shoes in general so that I can refuse the service. If you make shoes for them, discuss their final appearance in detail, so that later the employee does not refer to the fact that they say you imagined everything wrong.
We managed to get the money back, but we had to quarrel for this. In the beginning, I received a direct refusal. I left the shoes for them, let them wear them themselves

I gave away new sneakers for repairs. In an old bus, I tore the sole (my foot was clamped by the door and tore with a piece of iron) and stained with black rubber of the same door - it was not washed. The master suggested a correction option in the form of decoration. They have many different types of skin. The sample fit perfectly. To say that I am satisfied is to say nothing, since in other workshops they refused to take it or they were afraid to give it to different rooms… Photos with repaired soles were taken at the end of winter. And with damage before winter. I dragged it off all winter, nothing came off, only slightly tyrannized on one side, but this is not critical. All corners and edges are holding up well, nothing is coming off. The repair cost was 3000 AMD. It was done in 3 days. They wrote out a receipt, a check - everything is as it should be. The shoes were given in a package and in a branded package - service 👍 Thank you very much.

Euro Master was advised in the Cole Haan store, it was expected that the recommendations where to serve, not cheap shoes, would be in the right place, it turned out to be completely the opposite, thanks for not spoiling it.
I gave away three pairs from Cole Haan and paid 36,000 AMD, the feeling that they walked with a damp cloth and worked on the sole with a toothbrush.
