Hello! I write reviews only when I really want to share my experience. Eurodent used to be a benchmark for quality and service, but my last visit showed that something had changed... To begin with, the recording was made by phone at exactly 3 p.m. I'm here, I'm waiting... When I started to clarify, I found out that the appointment was for 3:30 p.m. and it was agreed with me. Maybe it's already an age, and I don't remember =) Well, they invite you at 15:30. It took a while to find the place where the seal broke off, although in all my experience, it's not a problem for doctors. I judge only based on comparison with other clinics! And most of all, I was struck by the fact that they persistently began to push through brushing their teeth and always before treatment! Again, I always did the cleaning before after the entire course of treatment. When the doctor began to urge me to think logically and explain that the filling fits on the tooth like a crown and if the tooth is not cleaned, the filling will come off. To my argument that the filling fits inside the tooth, where everything will already be cleaned with a drill, I received the answer that such a protocol, apparently the logic did not work. In general, if you want, you don't want to pay for the cleaning, which, by the way, was also done hastily. Yes, it should be added that anesthesia is paid separately =) That is, if 2 thousand tenge is not enough, suffer from pain =) The quality of the filling is also so-so, a year ago in another clinic, I will not name it so as not to advertise, they directly restored the tooth structure, and here there is a smooth notch. And it could have been bigger if I hadn't asked for more height. In general, the prices are similar to most, but the quality level is low. 💯% never set foot there again. And you decide based on all the assessments, I think it will be more objective. I wish you all healthy and beautiful teeth =)

I visited the dentist in Almaty and was very satisfied! Modern equipment, neat and professional staff. The doctor explained everything in detail, was attentive and accurate in his work. The treatment was pain-free and stress-free, and that's the most important thing for me. The administrators are polite, they reminded us about the reception in advance.
