I contacted this organization to install a window in the kitchen. The next day, they called me and set a date and time for the measurement. The measurer was an hour late. Referring to the fact that there was a difficult measurement outside the city. I quickly measured everything, took measurements to the office, they calculated the price, filled out the contract, took an advance payment of 100 rubles and told me to wait for the call. About 2 weeks later, at 20.55, they called me and said that there was an installation for tomorrow. The window was brought in at 12:00, the receptionist arrived at 14:00, and the installer appeared at 15:00. He installed the window until 19:00. The receptionist left at 18:00. When the installer did everything, I didn't accept the job from him and told him to fix everything. Because there were a lot of shoals. I sent all the photos of the window to the receptionist in Viber. The next day, I got a call from the office. They said that "experienced" installers would come after the weekend and fix everything. They arrived on Mon, completely removed the window, and re-installed it. The work lasted 1 hour and 40 minutes. The result seems to be normal. I handed over the money and was told that the office would contact me to issue the check. It's been almost a week, and no one has called me. No one gave me the promised meter bonus in the form of a thermometer. They've wasted a lot of my time and nerve cells. Therefore, 2 stars and the most negative attitude towards this organization. They brought a receipt and a thermometer, and presented souvenirs. The incident is over. I give 5 stars for listening to the wishes of the customers.
