To be honest, it's an amateur institution. It's cool that there is an opportunity to dance, sit in pleasant company with good music. But the prices are objectively too high, the taste of the food is for an amateur. I know places where it tastes better, but the prices are lower. The staff is cultured and well-mannered, but they don't hear the customers. For example, we asked for semi–sweet wine - we brought semi-dry wine. We waited for the order for a long time too, although there were few visitors that day. The waiter was also waited for a long time

We have been going to Europe for many years. We often come in on weekdays to take a break from work and have a snack. We conduct business breakfasts . An excellent selection of dishes from several menus from different continents. They cook delicious. No pretensions to haute cuisine, just delicious and beautiful. There is a great veranda on which it is pleasant to sit on summer evenings. It is worth mentioning the staff in particular. They are very responsive and will always help with the choice. In general, Europe is one of our favorite places to "democratically sit" both together and with a company.
P.S. the average bill for two to eat is about 10,000 tenge, although it all depends on appetites.

The interior is normal, without the "wow" effect, but normal, restrained. There is a wardrobe and a smoking room, both the first and the second are undoubtedly a plus.
The staff is neat, polite and courteous.
The kitchen is good and salads and main dishes, no complaints.

During the trip from Siberia to Astana, we stayed in Petropavlovsk. We came to this restaurant for dinner and breakfast. I liked everything here, the interior, the assortment of the menu, the service. The quality of the food, the serving of the dishes. We stopped here again on the way back. Thank you very much!
