From the moment I arrived at Europe Hotel Tashkent, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly professional and friendly staff. Their attention to detail, genuine hospitality, and dedication to providing top-notch service made my stay truly unforgettable.
The entire team, from reception to housekeeping and restaurant staff, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Special thanks to the manager Farruh receptionist Abdulloh, Uchkun, Fatih, security personnel, Jasur and all for their outstanding service and kindness. Every request was met with a smile, and I felt like a valued guest throughout my stay.
The hotel itself is impeccably maintained, with modern, clean, and comfortable rooms. The breakfast selection was delicious, offering a variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The wellness facilities, including the sauna and swimming pool, provided the perfect way to relax after a busy day.
I highly recommend Europe Hotel Tashkent to anyone visiting the city. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel sets the gold standard for hospitality. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

Nice new hotel, good rooms and infrastructure, a variety of delicious breakfasts. The location is good, there is a grocery store and a pharmacy nearby, within walking distance (15-20 minutes walk) a park with a playground, a small market, a cafe, veterinary pharmacies.
The impression was spoiled by the fact that out of six full days of stay, three days of the pool and sauna/hammam were closed for disinfection, and this happened exactly when the weather turned bad. At the same time, the staff claimed every day that the spa area would be opened "right now."

A great little hotel near the airport, the guys at the reception are attentive, friendly, prompt. The service is good. The breakfasts are average. The rooms are clean. I haven't been to the SPA. A classmate came to see me, and the guys immediately served us tea. It was a pleasure. Thank you for your hospitality! I recommend it to everyone.

A very pleasant hotel. Polite staff. A variety of breakfasts. Clean, good spa center (sauna, hammam, swimming pool, cold shower barrel). The fitness room is too small, but there is a track, an exercise bike, and a strength trainer.

1 Quiet. The windows of the room overlooked the courtyard, so everything is quiet and peaceful.
2. The hotel is new, everything is fresh and new.
3. At the entrance, near the reception, there is always a delicious tea or lemonade with cookies!
4. Delicious buffet breakfast with a variety of choices. We lived for a week, we didn't get tired of anything. You can choose what to eat even for avid shoppers, you will not stay hungry.
5. There are flavor dispensers with a pleasant aroma almost everywhere.
6. The possibility to pay for the room in rubles according to the SBP. (In my case, the site did not work, but we found an alternative option thanks to the staff).
7. Bottles of water in the room and you can take more.
8. Cool bathrobe, slippers, all shower accessories.
9. Spa area. I managed to steam almost the whole week in the sauna, everything is fine.
10. Relatively convenient location. Not far from the airport (10-15 minutes in the evening without taxi jams), also from the center.
11. Good Wi-FI.
12. Smart TV from Youtube.
13. Excellent sound insulation (but there is a nuance, I will write in the cons).
14. The staff is friendly and always tries to help.
15. There are umbrellas in case of rain.

1. The biggest disadvantage for me as a non-smoker is that it is allowed to smoke in the courtyard and smoke rises into the open window and room.
2. During the week of stay, the electricity was turned off once at night and the diesel generator was started. Judging by the noise and vibration, it was installed either on the roof or somewhere in the building, it was impossible to sleep. It's good that it was a short-term shutdown.
3. Very good audibility of neighbors through sockets. If they are located near the bed, it becomes not very comfortable to sleep if you are a light sleeper.
Overall, with the exception of these small disadvantages, the hotel is excellent! Good price/quality ratio.

A complete disgrace to the institution!! We booked a room a month in advance, from the hotel's website, in order to spend one night before returning to Moscow.
At 8 a.m., we arrived at the hotel from the night train from Bukhara, tired, with suitcases. Where they told us... that "you canceled your reservation yourself yesterday." We stared at him, and asked him to show us the cancellation address. They showed us an address. Some unknown address.
They asked to call the manager. The man at the reception said that he is the manager, only the director is above him, but he does not solve these issues.
All.
The bribes from the hotel are smooth. We kind of cancelled the reservation by ourselves. There are no rooms available. Go wherever you want. And they don't even have anything to apologize for.
And he told us all this in complete and sincere perplexity.
I think so:
They weren't interested in putting us up for 1 night, because they suddenly received a request for a longer period. They wrote a letter from a certain address to their hotel asking for the cancellation of the reservation.
We are fools, but there can be no complaints about them - we "canceled the reservation" ourselves.
We began to look at what was nearby, because we didn't have the strength to go anywhere yet. The neighboring hotel seems to be good, but there are no rooms available.
We asked this manager for advice. He said that yes, there was a "much better hotel" nearby
I'm telling you about this "even the best hotel":
Three stars. A fungus on the wall in the room. A little shabby. No cotton pads, no caps in the bathroom. With a dead cockroach in the women's bathroom at the reception.

The hotel is gorgeous! The single beds are 120 cm wide, the mattresses are very comfortable. The renovation and interior are new and modern, very high quality. We visited the pool 2 times, we were alone in it, although the hotel was full. The hammam is cool. The breakfasts are the best, everything is delicious, the dishes are different every day.

Cozy hotel, pleasant reception. The rooms are spacious, but the renovation is imperfect - something falls off somewhere, is not firmly nailed down, and so on. But the beauty of the courtyard makes up for these shortcomings with a vengeance.

The best hotel I've been to so far. Top-class service, from absolutely every employee. The food is very tasty, although the menu is not big. The rooms are a bit cramped, especially the bathroom. But the atmosphere of the hotel negates all the disadvantages. Nice pool and sauna. Recommend 👍

A wonderful chamber hotel. Already in the lobby of the hotel you start to feel special. We arrived in the evening, got the keys and checked in. We went to a wonderful spa, we chose a hotel with a swimming pool and sauna (this is the best choice in Tashkent). The administration paid a compliment in the form of a large Plate of fruit for its small inaccuracy, it was so sweet and so pleasant. The breakfast is simply amazing, I would like to stay in the restaurant. We really liked your place, we will definitely come again.

Not a bad option. But the noise insulation is terrible. The room was on the ground floor, not far from the reception. Therefore, unfortunately, the noise in the evening and at night did not allow us to have a good rest. There are no places for walking nearby. The nearest park is 10-15 minutes away on foot along a not very pleasant road.

The rooms on the ground floor overlook the ashtray. People smoke there all the time, so you can't open the window, and you have to keep the curtains closed to keep outsiders from looking at your room. A wonderful hotel, we remember with gratitude the friendly staff! Tashkent is a great city, and the Europa Hotel is one of the stars in its sky. Mini gym, nice pool, sauna, delicious breakfasts - there is everything a good person needs))). If we are in Tashkent, the question of where to stay is no longer a question. Special thanks to the staff for extending the departure from the hotel until 16:00 and help in finding transport to Samarkand!

Great hotel! I celebrated the New Year at this hotel. On the terrace, on the second floor, music was playing and it was possible to order snacks and hot dishes, without alcohol. The price tag is high, but the quality is consistent. Special thanks to the bartender Ismoil for the delicious fragrant tea and the friendly attitude towards customers. I also liked the administrator Uchkun - he is very responsive to any requests and a pleasant young man. Breakfast. hearty and varied - buffet. You don't have to take anything - everything is in the room, including slippers and a bathrobe. I was with a little dog, everything went great! :)) I definitely recommend the hotel!

The hotel is young. The guys are trying, well done. Organized a transfer from the airport, although it is very close, a nice bonus. When checking in, they did not torment us until 14-00, they settled in 1.5 hours earlier, the rooms were free, without any surcharges. Everyone is very friendly and polite. After spending the night, they changed the room at our request, because it was very noisy from the car from the street, they settled windows into the courtyard. All this is absolutely without any excesses with smiles on their faces and friendliness. On the 1st floor there is a swimming pool with a sauna and a hamam, after hiking all day - the very thing. Everything is included in the price and almost around the clock. The breakfasts are quite decent, there is nothing to get to). The location is also not bad, you can walk to several attractions on foot, but this is for lovers of walking. It's better to call a taxi. The rooms are cozy, with a huge bed. In general, I recommend it. You will definitely save your nerves).
