I can't reach the master, he's not answering his phone. About a month later, a woman calls and says that a maintenance man will arrive in a week. I wait for a certain day, of course, he doesn't arrive on time, but when he arrived, he vacuumed the boiler, wiped it with a napkin in disposable gloves, took 120 rubles and left. Oh, yes, he also told me what a wonderful master he is. A week later, the boiler breaks down (December), no one answers in the office, and the visiting foreman doesn't pick up the phone either. In other words, the money was blown out of the water. The price, as I understand it, is overstated many times and clearly work according to a murky scheme. Tomorrow, if I have time, I will write a complaint about the organization. Their one-sided interest should arouse another interest from law enforcement agencies.

The stated round-the-clock support is a hoax. The boiler is not working, it's cold outside, there are children in the house, but the master refused to go, because it's a day off and, I quote, "the spare parts warehouse is closed.".. The master did not have the desire to do anything to solve the client's problem. The children are freezing, we are waiting for Monday. They are not customer-oriented.

Previously, 2 ProfLine collectors were purchased, which are supplied by Euroterm. When they were installed, it turned out that both collectors were not working properly. Flowmeters are not regulated, and they do not overlap the closing circuit. When trying to twist the flow meter to close the circuit, it rests inside the collector, most likely against the nipple. I contacted Euroterm with a request to help solve the problem, which was refused by the management, through an employee. They said that the management does not want to communicate. In fact, they do not bear any responsibility for their supplied equipment. I do not recommend this company, if problems arise, they do not even want to figure it out.
