We've been getting our hair cut here sooooo long. Olga, Lyudmila, Oksana are wonderful specialists. However, earlier there was a more friendly and friendly administrator: you come in, they immediately greet you and ask how to help. Now they just don't pay attention to you, and when you start to be late for your procedure and wonder what's going on, they start hitting on you that you've been sitting here in silence for half an hour. In general, that's the only reason why it's a minus star.

The hairdressers themselves are good, especially Svetlana Chugai, she has special respect. But the receptionist? No friendliness, for some reason it is impossible to pay by phone, although the payment is being made, when asked to answer the reason, for my future inconveniences in paying with a physical card, I replied "I explained to you" (I said it was impossible). There was nothing to say goodbye to, and I can understand the peculiarities of people's speech even if they seem unfriendly, but ethics have not been abolished.IMHO, the competent PERSONS of the institution should be sitting at the reception. They got a terrible haircut. The haircut was done by a woman who claimed to have 50 years of experience. There are no questions. She asked me to cut my bangs and adjust my hair a little under the cancer. Do not comb, on dry hair, because the hair is curly. As a result, she cut off her hair, despite the fact that I repeated several times that I was growing it back. She cut her hair like a boy, crookedly. I wanted to straighten my bangs, saying, "I need to see how I cut my hair." I ignored all requests, including the request not to comb, not to wet, not to use foam and not to dry. It's the worst haircut I've ever had. To say that I have left and am in a depressed state is to say nothing. Hair, of course, not teeth - they will grow back. But for about a year I will need to grow back to the length that I came to the hairdresser with. I mutilated it as much as I could. Thanks to the master. And the herd of work does not speak about professionalism! There are zero questions about the barbershop itself, but it would be better if the masters improved their skills through advanced training
