Now they just don't pay attention to you, and when you start to be late for your procedure and wonder what's going on, they start hitting on you that you've been sitting here in silence for half an hour. No friendliness, for some reason it is impossible to pay by phone, although the payment is being made, when asked to answer the reason, for my future inconveniences in paying with a physical card, I replied "I explained to you" (I said it was impossible). There was nothing to say goodbye to, and I can understand the peculiarities of people's speech even if they seem unfriendly, but ethics have not been abolished.IMHO, the competent PERSONS of the institution should be sitting at the reception.
