The very first disadvantage is that the receptionist didn't even show me where everything was since I came for the first time and didn't know where to go to change. The cleaner who works there showed me the next disadvantage is that the pool is cool and the deep pool instructor behaved inappropriately in front of my when she asked, she just grinned and said why come here at all if you didn't practice a little in the deep pool, I was just shocked the only thing I really liked was the Oriental Dance hall and the Strip plastic hall, the teachers of the fire are just a big plus for them

One star only for the fact that they are so far unique in their offers. We went for a baby swim to coach Irina, paid for 40 minutes of classes and eventually got 20-30 minutes. When they wanted to return the money for low-quality services, they had to shake their nerves thoroughly 😬 the woman put everything up for public trial, thereby losing several more clients. So if you take care of your nerves and are afraid that some self-confident coach will drop your child one day and when he falls, he will hit his head on the side and will not even apologize for it, but on the contrary will accuse you of slander, even though there are witnesses and a surveillance camera to prove it, then you are definitely not at the right address!

The money has been paid, but you can't come, they say only moms can walk. There is almost no warming up on the stretch, practicing with the masters of sports before moving to Bobruisk, I have something to compare it with. With such classes, only a few who have flexibility from nature, and not from your classes, can sit on the splits. Coaches are not interested in your results-no one is looking at the correct execution of exercises. And how can you watch if you have groups of 15 people? And more. GRANDMOTHERS ARE EVERYWHERE. In all directions, they are from 70% and above (in such groups, you have to endure stuffiness, because grandmothers are afraid of an open window). The second youth is cool, but young people have nowhere to go, because everything is adapted to an older age.

I was just shocked by the attitude of the administration to the clients, at the next lesson of the child, the club could not provide all the conditions according to the agreed ones, as a result, the lesson was crumpled and did not go as usual, for which I asked for a discount for this lesson, paid almost the full cost. As a result, they called me and demanded to pay the remaining amount, which is only a little more than 10% of the cost of one lesson, because they thought about it and half a day later decided that they would not make discounts, did not apologize for the inconvenience even in words! The administrator does not know how to resolve conflicts at all and all the time seems to be sleeping on the move, asking the same thing 100 times. Before this incident, there were nuances when they forgot to call back, the coach was late for class, but this case finally convinced that there would be no normal service in this place. Although the coaches are great, it's a pity that they have to work with such an administration!

Poor service and condition of the premises. To begin with, we were booked at the wrong time, and the child's swimming training coincided with group classes for older ladies. Because of this, me and a two-year-old child were sent to an old and dirty locker room, where there is no hair dryer, access to the pool and very old and dirty showers. It is very cold indoors. After the shower, we had to go through the corridor to another locker room to go to the pool, where there was still a class for women. One person kicked us out of the locker room, although she saw that a small and wet child came in (most likely it was the coach), although our training was already underway, and the coach was supposed to meet us, but this did not happen and we again walked through the corridor with a wet child to that old locker room. A couple of minutes later, a disgruntled coach came, did not say hello, did not introduce herself, but at least asked about the child, what he could do. Our training started 15 minutes later and for another 5-7 minutes 2 elderly women swam in the same pool with us. The coach was not friendly, and as it turned out later, she was "forced" to go to class with my child. No educational toys were used during the lesson. The "stick" on which the child was swimming was constantly sinking and the child spent a lot of effort to stay on the surface. We have been swimming for a very long time and we have something to compare it with. I expressed all my complaints to the administrator, but she did not apologize, and in general it was more important to them how the lesson went, not our comfort. The trial lesson is a complete disappointment, this institution is not for children. There is a lot of chlorine in the water. Such water is not suitable for children. The administrators did not answer the question of how the pool water is filtered and by what system. The club does not require certificates to visit the pool, although it would be worth it, a lot of people come to the club.

Educational games for kids are generally ... the program is not bad. The teacher was just looking at her own child. There is no coherence, no approach. Kids of different ages, they recruit a group from a fool. There are figures at the reception in general, with such an expression on their face that they want to say go out and come back in. Sadness 😢 If there were competitors, they would have recruited decent staff, and worked 100%, but for now, I do not advise!

The pool is tiny, more like a large Jacuzzi. For some reason, the management thinks that 13 overweight Bobruisk aunts are comfortably floundering there, but for normal activities there, in order not to offend anyone, you need to let no more than 6 people in. There are very few showers, only 3. You have to wait your turn to wash up. Lockers are locked with a regular key, no one has heard of any electronic bracelets here. There is a steep staircase to the descent, you have to go down to the pool past the gym. That is, you will study, there will be someone walking back and forth between you. Coach Oksana talked for the first 6 minutes of the lesson about how she had just been seriously ill with a high fever and had just left the hospital, which immediately caused a desire to get out of the pool. Exercises are given very vigorously, but not systematically, they did one thing twice, while you need to switch to another. No one has time for it at all, the brain does not even have time to figure out what to do, as it already needs to do something else. Who goes into the forest who gets firewood, while the coach allows himself to call the trainees lazy. Absolutely not worth my 10.90 spent per class.

If you want your baby to get used to dirt and unsanitary conditions from childhood, take him for a baby swim in Eva. There is a street cat in the gym, whose fur lies on the couches where the baby is placed, and pieces of dirt or mold are black in the pool (this is unlikely to be from small children). nobody has heard about shoe covers there, because in Eva they believe that you can walk in outdoor shoes in such a room. We also got a coach with a child, whom she was distracted by during such short classes (this is not a complaint). I'm not even talking about the fact that couches are not treated in the room after previous visitors (since we didn't have time to leave, other people had already arrived), although considering that a cat walks on them, this does not surprise anyone. When a conflict situation arose, the administrators decided to show their level of upbringing and, after making reasonable claims about the presence of a cat in classes for young children (the child is 3 months old, and suddenly he has allergies), they decided to simply ignore and could not even squeeze out "goodbye" or "sorry." And the coach presented it in general: Don't you like cats?? (Well, a circus, just a circus) In general, the concepts of "Eve" and service, sanitation and attitude to people are just antonyms! I sincerely believe that someday a sanitation facility will reach this institution.
