02/28/16 when paying at the checkout for the goods, the amount was withdrawn by bank card 2 times for one purchase. The operation was carried out by the cashier through the store's terminal, and the buyer turned out to be guilty. I asked for a refund on the spot - the cashier and the shift supervisor refused. I have provided a statement from my account. The refund was rudely refused, explaining that the money would return to my account on its own. Stealing out of the blue! It's an outrage!!!
