I had a guitar pedal repaired. The potentiometer creaked and rustled. We agreed on a time limit of up to two weeks. For two weeks, the pedal wasn't even picked up until I had to call and write myself. They promised to do it, and they gave me breakfast. As a result, they took it apart, barely lubricated it, put it back together and asked for 80 rubles for it. The check, of course, was not given. They referred to a non-working terminal, etc. I do not recommend giving anything away for repair here.
