I was at a consultation on a CT scan with Dr. Vysotskaya. She told me such horrors there: that three teeth have already lost their nerves, it's not even pulpitis, that there are complex channels, that at least three teeth need to be treated under a microscope. An orthopedist from their clinic looked at the picture and said that he did not understand why teeth should be treated under a microscope, where there was one direct, never-treated channel. This alerted me, I went to another clinic, and there it turned out that I didn't even have pulpitis, but just deep caries. And it turned out to be the same from the picture, after it was confirmed during the treatment process. Now the question is: is the specialist so unprofessional that his diagnosis is irrelevant to reality, or was he deliberately trying to mislead so that a person would spend a huge amount on treatment that he did not need?

I almost never write reviews, but it's impossible not to speak out here) It's just a terrible place. I was in the center at 7 Shirmy Street. The girls at the reception are friendly, I have no questions for them, which cannot be said about the clinic as a whole.
As soon as you enter the room, the smell of a sour rag hits your nose. What about sanitation, Everestdent?
Customer orientation is at zero: there are no water coolers, no adequate lockers for personal belongings, and the room is cold in March. I'm afraid to imagine what's going on there in winter.
But okay, the main thing is the attending physician. I went to Yulia Grin's professional cleaning, and it was even worse than the smell of a rag in the hallway. The doctor is very rude: For the entire duration of the purge, I had the feeling that I was not welcome. She talked sharply, sometimes raised her voice, did not really explain anything. During the procedure, he "puts" (although it is more correct to say — throws) tools directly at the client. And it's just a purge. I'm afraid to imagine what's going on in real operations. He gives the impression of a man who does not treat, but sells his services.
I have extensive experience of treatment in private clinics, completely different, but this is the first time I have encountered THIS. If you have a fear of dentists, I definitely do not recommend it. I didn't have it, but after such a reception it clearly appeared.
The conclusion is that most of the good reviews are purchased. 0/10.

I was in a strange city , I was on a course , and I needed to solve it faster .The doctor initially said it would cost 60 rubles, but in the end they stuck it on me for 100 rubles.The doctor did everything carefully with an assistant, but not for that kind of money.I couldn't find another clinic because of my classes. As a result, after half a year, he peeled off and I glued him to my doctor. For comparison, in Gomel it cost 24 rubles. This story happened in March 2023.

2 weeks ago I was in this clinic with an orthopedist + I took a picture, he said that it was necessary to treat the canals and come to do prosthetics. Actually, that's what I planned to do. I also visited a therapist at your clinic a year ago, she said the same thing about the tooth, "you need to treat the canals." Actually, I'm calling to make an appointment for canal treatment and I hear "no, no, we can't just take you and sign you up, come for another consultation, and then we'll sign you up for treatment."
What is this but the brazen imposition of unnecessary services? I have already been to a consultation at your clinic with both an orthopedist and a therapist, + the therapist at another clinic said the same thing "you need to heal the channels." There is no difficulty in my tooth, as your doctors said based on the pictures, the most common treatment. Why do I need another consultation and + two months of waiting for treatment?! What's the problem with signing up for treatment right away, and on the day of the appointment, the doctor would look at the picture and start treatment without wasting my time?! More precisely, the call center operator gave the reason: "the doctor needs to estimate how long it will take for treatment, an hour or three." So why should I pay for a "consultation" and waste my time if you need a consultation to evaluate dental treatment on time?
Instead of just shortening the process of getting into the doctor's chair and getting money for treatment + prosthetics, you chase pennies for consultations, waste the time of clients and your employees and thereby earn yourself a bad reputation.

Why do all similar organizations call and send an additional message about the visit, so that you can clearly see. Why do you not have such an option, why, after sleeping for 2 hours after the night shift and, accordingly, not correctly hearing the information, the next day in the heat of 30 I have to go to the doctor, to whom I was already an hour late because I did not hear well. Of course, to call at 10 a.m. when I came from my shift at 8, I could not hear well and there was no repeated message to clearly see. Okay, I didn't hear my problem, but another question is, you're calling, and I'm a flight attendant and I'm not available, then you cancel my appointment, that I didn't answer!? I.e., before the day of reception, a month to call and ask if I want to postpone laziness, there is time, but there is no additional message to send. And so I'm such a sucker, I come an hour later, they tell me that I had another time and didn't even offer to re-record!The maximum comfort is 0 in this part. I went for nothing once and now I'm thinking about whether I should continue to treat my teeth in a place where the administration doesn't care about the organization. Thank you all
