I love Pitsunda for its nature. But for the first time we chose the suburb (the poultry farm area) and this guest house. The first thing that was a priority when choosing was the availability of a swimming pool. The pool is gorgeous, heated, cleaned regularly. The sea is not always kind and hospitable))) The children are happy. The territory is well maintained, there are hammocks, swings have been installed. There are decent dishes in the shared kitchen!!!! Three towels per person were provided upon arrival. The bed linen is in perfect condition. Change of towels and cleaning on request. The cabins are cozy, the room has a refrigerator, kettle, safe. One of the disadvantages is the location right by the road, the walls are thin, and it's noisy even at night. with my light sleep, I used earplugs for the first two nights, then I adapted. There are cafes and canteens within walking distance, but we didn't "come in", we went to the center for lunch. If you are not in a car, then minibuses can be braked right on the road at the Eucalyptus. The sea is nearby, 5-7 minutes on foot. The beach is sandy and pebbly. There are very few people, which is very encouraging. But there are no facilities on the beach either. And there are eucalyptus trees with a wonderful fragrance next to the guest house. For the first time, I regretted that we had traveled by plane. To Abkhazia only by car! But you can also rent a car, the girls will tell you. A gorgeous guest house. We just got home and were absolutely delighted. The rooms are clean and spacious, each room has a small refrigerator, a safe, lockers for clothes, a toilet and a shower. The water is hot. And the pool is just a bomb. Even when fully occupied, there was always a place for swimming in the pool. When there is bad weather at sea, you can save the day by spending it in a basika. There are also cool swings and hammocks on site. There are several canteens within walking distance. There is an open kitchen, but you won't be able to cook anything serious there. The sea is not far away, go to the boxwood grove, walk for about 15-20 minutes

A good recreation center. Large, warm, clean, fresh swimming pool. Spacious houses. Everything is new, fresh, and clean. It's nice to be here and relax. There is a kitchen, tables, swings, hammocks on the territory. The only thing that slightly overshadows the rest is mosquitoes in the evenings (but this is not terrible when taking measures) and also - the base is located right next to the road (noise from cars and the glances of passers-by, which somewhat disrupts the comfort). If you were bothered with a hedge (living or inanimate) or a cloth, it would add comfort. There are still a few paths that do not reach the houses for the comfortable delivery of suitcases on wheels (the territory is sprinkled with gravel + pebbles interspersed), but these are small things.
