EVOCA is a game I have never seen before in the banking sector! Starting from March 12, 2025, my bank account does not show my money, which is on the VISA card. In other words, there is this money on the card in the application, but there is 0 money on the account linked to the card. For this reason, I can't use my money, I can't withdraw it or transfer it somewhere, I can't pay for anything. When I contact EVOCA Bank, they tell me that the issue is under consideration. It's been 2 (!) for a month, the bank has not resolved the issue of access to my money. There's a small amount on the card right now, of course, but what if there was a large amount? Imagine that your money is just frozen for more than 2 months and you can't do anything! I don't understand at all how money that is in the bank on the card can not be displayed on the card account?
