The location is convenient and the course is good, but an unpleasant situation occurred today. They came to exchange currency, did not take their passport with them, returned with it in 5 minutes, and a girl named Diana decided to "teach" me communication skills, after which she said unpleasant things to her colleague, thinking that I did not understand the Armenian language, but, unfortunately, I understood everything perfectly. Of course, this surprised me in a bad way, I grinned, after which she refused me a favor. Dear administration of this bank, have conversations with your employees!!! We could stand for another hour and chat on personal topics, but she had to do her job, she wasn't sitting in the market after all, and certainly not in her bank. As a result, we took a little walk and changed at a more favorable rate and with excellent WELL-MANNERED staff!)
