A GOOD BANK. One of the three banks that interact with TINKOFF Bank without interest. Maybe because my card is free, so they charge 0.2%% for cash withdrawals. The ATM is very bad, not logical and bad working. And the application itself is good and convenient. Occasionally it glitches, but in general it is very convenient
