We rent an office in this business center. The location is good - Koktem. Everything is nearby, downstairs on the ground floor of the Harats Pub, if you're tired of working and need a drink, that's it))). There are good and interesting companies inside. The only but...dirt and stink in the bathrooms (( the management company does not monitor this.

The BC itself is not bad. Only the windows are dirty. Stained glass windows and do not wash the outside. It is not clear how much parking belongs to the Business Center. They fenced it off with a ribbon. The payment is taken from the tenants. But the question is, does this parking lot belong to the business center or was it not legally appropriated?!
