I really like it, delicious food, cook quickly, do not have to wait long, self-service. The staff is pleasant, cleanly maintained, there is delivery and reasonable prices. Some establishments have playgrounds, which is very convenient and the atmosphere is pleasant.

I ordered pita bread at 21:48, at 22:20 I called to clarify what was wrong with the delivery, as usual they said "the courier is on the way" and that's it. At 22:38 I called to leave a complaint and find out if there is a refund, because the delivery was half an hour late and the pita bread with a taste of burning (photo attached). The operator said that there would be a refund, but after that they called me and said that there would be no refund (the reason is "you live far away, although the payment was via click), but the pita bread can be changed. When I demanded a refund, they told me, "Wait, I'll call you back personally." As a result, no one called. I don't even want to put a star, EVOS isn't even worthy of that! Others have a refund, because there are rules, but EVOS does not have rules and they do not need to follow them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

It's a good place. The only problem is: a person who does not know WHAT EVOS is will not enter. Firstly, the logo is indistinct (not about food, at first I thought it was an advertisement for electronic cigarettes, something consonant). The facade of the establishment is indistinct, and in front of it there is an "aquarium"-a place covered with a transparent film in which you can sit outside, and this closes the view of the EVOS itself.
The level is higher than that of a mixburger, but the mixburger does it in terms of "clarity". At least regarding THIS institution.
Put something with arrows and pictures of food so that you can see from the road that this is a burger joint and that there is something there at all.
Instead of plastic spoons (even tiny ones) for tea, there are some plastic flattened tubes that soften in boiling water (although they are soft) and it is impossible to stir sugar with them.
