There is a huge need for a good shift manager here with proper people management. Not a busy, but, 2 people in the kitchen. Had to wait 30 mins to get my order. Fast food ? You get the meal at the restaurant for this time. EVOS - need to improve!!! So many people are waiting - no orders coming out, It took 25mins for a single order of chicken nuggets to come out. Baaaaad service - poor management - they don't care how long you wait
