I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the quality of the service. We placed a delivery order from this branch— we waited for 2 hours, but in the end it was canceled. I had to place the order again. As a result, an incomplete order was delivered: there was no cheeseburger, but instead of cheese lavash, they delivered lavash with cabbage, which no one had ordered. We contacted the support chat — no help, just excuses and unwillingness to solve the problem. This is an absolutely unacceptable level of service for such a company. Wasted time, money, and nerves.
