Today I dropped by the EVOS branch at Toshmi-2 (Beltepa) just to grab something small, but honestly, I left with way more positive impressions than I expected. The cashier’s attitude toward customers easily deserves a 100/10 rating — and the manager at the pickup area was just as great. The place is cozy and clean, and the whole system runs very smoothly. But what stood out the most to me was the way the staff treat their customers — with genuine respect and attention. Even though it was a busy time with lots of orders, they still welcomed everyone with a smile and sent them off the same way. Honestly, you don’t always see this kind of service even in expensive restaurants. Big thanks to the EVOS team! 👏🍔

I visited Evos and decided to try their lavash — the impressions were generally positive. The dish is made in an interesting “four-layer” composition: first comes a fresh salad with crispy chips, followed by juicy meat, followed by a delicate sauce, and the final accent is another layer of meat. I'm glad that they really don't skimp on meat here.: the taste is rich, balanced, without excess fat content. However, the size of the pita bread is slightly below expectations. I would like either a slightly larger portion or a more dense structure — then the dish would look more harmonious. For this, I withdraw half a point and give an honest 4.5 out of 5. The service is fast and organized, the staff works without delay, which is an important plus for the fast food format. The atmosphere is neat and comfortable, but due to the size of the dish, the overall impression loses a little volume, so the rating remains at the level of a confident four stars. Overall, it's a decent experience. Evos continues to keep the brand, and I sincerely wish the network further development and new flavor discoveries.
