They could not explain why the final and initial balances did not match in the statements for two adjacent days: on December 31, the balance was 72 euros, and on January 1 it was already 55 euros. The employee honestly said, "I do not know." I went for a certificate of account closure three times, the first two times I was told that a certificate would be issued, but come back later when the card is closed. On the third visit, I was told that such a certificate was not issued at all.
