How to "behave badly" at each stage? If you see it on Yandex, avoid this place. I will attach all the documents, screenshots of the correspondence and the results of the work. So: on 07/19/25, I contacted the Eurorasp company. I already had all the sizes for cutting, and also all the sides for rolling up the edges were marked, as they say, "sawed - I don't want to", the client gave everything, without unnecessary questions, sawed-roll up and that's it. After paying 100%, I began to wait for my order. They promised by 24.07 On this day (07/24), I made arrangements with the drivers and loaders, and began to clarify my readiness, but they ignored me in the Euro Profile. They did not respond to Whatsapp or to the phone. The next day, I reminded him of myself and ignored him again, but in the evening, I called from another number and was told that the saw was broken and the phone was not working and everything would be ready for lunch on 07.26. I arrive with movers and a car on 07.26, and ... the store is closed. I was met by a man who introduced himself as the boss, and he said, "Weren't you warned?" We are not working today. And he promised to solve everything by 07/28. Once again, I paid for the transportation services. On 28.07 I arrived alone. The store was open, and I was told that EVERYTHING was ready. I called a Yandex courier for delivery and kindly asked for help with loading, since the people I had invited earlier could not come, but they refused (There are no people) although there were 5 people in the workshop. Okay, well, the courier arrived and I started shipping my order to one. The HDF (back part) turns out not to have been sawed yet. They saw it right in front of the fence (such rules seem to be in the Eurospile), as a result, after I loaded my parts into the car, I still waited until the HDF was finished, and the courier counted on the counter for waiting. Do you think that's it? NO)))) There are scratches on every third part, chips along the edges everywhere - a shameful passport. The edge was applied in the wrong place on 2 parts, it generally peels off in places, glue stains. So we also "made a mistake" with the size of 2 parts! In my dimensions, 2025mm by 300mm, and they sawed 2025mm by 325mm, and the correct size was indicated in their specifications - fantastic!!!! I had to take a jigsaw and fix the house myself. He asked me to label the details so that it would be clear who needed it. I work in the service sector myself, but I have never seen a more worthless attitude towards a client and my work!
