There are many cashiers, but few cashiers. Weekday, 16:30, I stood in line at the checkout for 25 minutes. On Friday evening, you can stand at the ticket office forever. The quality of vegetables and fruits leaves much to be desired (black bananas, unripe fruits)

A large store, prices are lower than those of competitors. I don't like the constant queues, especially on Fridays, until you don't want to stand anything anymore. Salvation is a self-service cash register. So the desire to open all the ticket offices during rush hour, as well as to give more people to the meat department, is the same problem.

The store is good for the product. But the cashier is just terrible at work. Very often there are queues for the entire hall, but they do not even try to open additional cash desks to unload. Self-service ticket offices, those who work for them would be a courtesy.

There is only one ticket office at night, which causes huge queues until midnight. The parking lot is packed with cars of residents of Kamennaya Gorka, there is really nowhere to park even at night. The problem would be solved by a barrier with free check-in for 2 hours, following the example of the Open Space on Malinovka, where there is an absolutely empty parking lot.
