I really liked this hypermarket. By Minsk standards, it is, however, a little smaller in area. But... Visiting this store, I caught myself thinking that the goods are somehow very conveniently arranged here. I can't say about any department in particular right now, it's just my feelings. My relatives are just lucky to live next to such a "literate" store. Thanks to everyone who had a hand in organizing it. We will definitely visit whenever we are visiting Grodno.

Perhaps this is the best Euroopt hypermarket in Grodno.The assortment is quite large.The store has everything you need and even more.Convenient working hours, accessible Parking.The products are, in principle, normal, if you look at the expiration dates when buying.Sometimes you need to stand at the checkout, there are always customers.There is an exchange office, a pharmacy, and a florist in the store building.

Pros: a plentiful assortment of goods, there is a place to disperse, it's nice that the whole store can be walked around in a circle, and not from corner to corner. The staff is friendly and work quickly. It's good that there is an additional pharmacy, pizzeria and pet store nearby. A pleasant area. Cons: Small number of parking spaces. It's like there aren't any cleaners. Everything is wet, dirty, lockers with broken doors, there is a stench in the bathroom (it stinks for a kilometer, they don't clean it at all yet), baskets are not wiped, you need to stand and choose a more or less clean one (imagine if you or your child take a bun, do not pack it completely, and it will lie downstairs in a dirty in the basket), there is a delay (especially the department of finished products in the form of pizzas and rolls), vegetables and fruits are terrible (crumpled and beaten lie on the counter on their last legs), bedbugs on fresh products (vegetables / greens/ fruits)... Or what kind of grey-brown beetles with wings they are... Meat products are all treasured, very expensive sausages (which few people take) are covered with white mold, live fish are covered with ulcers (it would be nice to remove it from sale and replace it).

A good store, a good assortment, but something is missing, the price tags are average. Sometimes there are significant promotions, even if you want to have a quick snack: sushi, sandwiches, pizza or even cheese sticks - here you will find it, in this regard the choice is quite good, with rolls everything is the same, the choice is large and the assortment is quite tasty - I advise. If you want to eat a better pizza, ask for a couple of meters in the Dodo. And now let's talk about self-service ticket offices and staff: sometimes the cash registers are full, but there are self-service cash desks, but even there there are problems with confirming the age at the cash desk, sometimes an employee simply does not fit, and sometimes they confirm the age even without checking the documents.

A very unpleasant situation occurred today. We came to the store and ordered pizza on rye dough (Lorenzia) instead of this pizza we got pizza Florence. We went straight to the cashier and explained the situation that they had made the wrong pizza for us. A thousand and a half with Russian money. Who needs a whole leg is to go to the company store of the meat processing plant. And the price will be twice as low - 700 rubles per kg. I recommend picking up different local wines - 200 rubles per bottle. Table, dry, without pretensions. But not sour. Pay attention to the price tags: there may be two different ones for one product. Then check with the barcode scanner yourself. The store is open until 22.

I am pleased with the wide range of products, polite staff, the availability of meat products of various types, good prices, and the availability of favorable discounts. Special thanks for the self-service ticket offices, which reduced the time spent in line!!!! BUT during this time there has already been an unfair number of permutations (on October 21, 2021, just a disgusting arrangement, incomprehensible and merciless). Also, the corner with fruits and vegetables (namely the corner) is infuriating. Very often unripe or overripe....

Half-empty shelves and what is usually 1-2 days of freshness. And it's a hypermarket for a minute and such a mess. I visit this store often. And the store is getting worse and worse. Fruits can be rotten next to normal ones. Rotten vegetables and fruits are their norm. Recently, they have begun to improve. There are more high-quality fruits. The only advantage of this store is oranges from South Africa. This is the only store in the city where oranges are very sweet. And the prices are lower than some other stores. Either something is missing, or the quality leaves much to be desired. There were cases when I found an expired product, pointing to it, the seller simply silently took the product out of my hands and walked off into the sunset👍 The queues are always huge, so I try to use the self-service checkout. The administrator's help is often required, but I have never met a normal, adequate and polite person. For the most part, cashiers are rude and unhappy. I very rarely meet decent and friendly people. I try not to go to this store.
