The product selection is very large, there is everything you need, very good meat and fish departments. The queues are long, especially after work and on holidays. The staff is normal and helpful. There are many cash registers, but not all with cashiers, there is self-service. The quality of the product is decent. Parking is large. But I advise you to check the receipts, more than once it was that the goods cost the same price and the receipt price is higher. From the photo, only the olives, my favorite, are Turkish, but unfortunately these were of poor quality. 😔

This euroopt is within walking distance from my house. I am a frequent customer. Of all the euroopts I've been to, this one is one of the best for me. The assortment is good, everything you need can be purchased, constant discounts are pleasing, sometimes queues at the ticket offices are frustrated, which are formed as a result of the fact that 2 or 3 cash desks are working. Sometimes the quality of the product is frustrating, namely the chicken backs, which I love very much. They often lie on the display case of an improper appearance (dry, blue in color and with a smell). I brought it home 2 times and had to throw it away. I found another store where I go to get them. The other chicken butchering is great. I want to draw the attention of managers to the form in which cutting is sometimes sold in euroopts on Timiryazev and Kupala. I won't say that all the time, but I couldn't buy several times after seeing their quality, weathered and blue. And so, in general, I recommend euroopt for victories. And I would like to get a higher percentage of the bonus system, sometimes you can buy for 100 rubles and only add 10 points.

A quiet horror, not a store, in finished products like sausages in the dough, the sausage was expired more than once, not an understandable color, it often smells unpleasant in the meat department, cheese regularly lies with mold, constant problems with cash registers, in the morning when there are few people, 4 cash desks work, and from 4 o'clock to 11 o'clock it works one ticket office, the queues are huge.

Disgusting staff, the manager and the security guard, including, if you use a card or apple Pay and do not carry coins with you, then you will not take the cart. They rudely refuse to unfasten the cart without a coin. And they say take a basket when you need a cart for a large amount of food. Only rotten meat can be pushed. In the 21st century, everyone uses apple Pay and cards, not all coins are carried with them.

We wanted to buy groceries for evening gatherings. as you can guess, the shopping list was quite large. therefore, after discussing this issue, we decided to use a cart: to make it more convenient to move our purchases around the perimeter of the store (and, by the way, it is not small). and so we come to the trolley stand. and when they saw the new Western technology using coins (apparently developed in order to prevent riots in the store), they were very surprised by this innovation in the cultural capital of our country. because in the territorial (Minsk) these technologies do not have a place of application. however, instead of a comfortable and positive experience, we faced an extremely unpleasant moment. namely, the lack of instructions or a store employee directing us to the necessary actions, who could explain or visually show us how this mechanism works. asking for help from other customers of the store did not lead us to the expected positive result. In the end, we were forced to make do with an ordinary basket, strain our weak girlish hands and even CARRY SOME OF the FOOD IN our HANDS... well, to summarize: maybe this store deserves three stars for a large area and an extensive selection of goods, but let the administration of this institution take note that (since you have such an abundance of good products placed on such a large area of the store) it would be worth providing your beloved customers with all the amenities of moving the entire range of products offered. and not to prevent it, for fear of theft. thereby showing distrust of potential customers.
