The girl at this checkout is the sweetest person, always with a smile. The grandson always tries to go to her cashier. Queues? Yes, there are. Especially before the weekend. And where do they not happen when goods are in demand? And, many people want to shop in one store and not go to different ones. Considering that we do not have such a store in Chizhovka, then, accordingly, we go there to the nearest store of this level. I wanted to lower the rating, but I understand that this has nothing to do with the work of the store. I really like that they provide an opportunity to get to different areas for free. Although it was better before. In recent years, only a few mandatory stops have been made along the way. It's not very convenient, but for "thank you" and that's good. But that's not the question. And the fact is that, I know only by the example of our route to Chizhovka, drivers sometimes come across very unpleasant. They can be rude and insulting. The last such case was on 02/19/2024 in the evening. It feels like they look down on those who decided to drive "for free." But, this is a separate topic, I plan to talk about it on Monday. This is a cry from the soul, so I'm sorry for taking up so much time.

Do something about the quality of meat products! 01.10.2024 I bought chicken legs "Petrukha" 750g in a tray. When I came home, I found that the product smelled rotten, and returned to the store. An employee from the hall sent them to CSR, where the girl said just to change the product. I changed the product, opened the package right on the spot - the same story, a persistent smell of rotten meat. The "administrator" was called, she did not even understand what kind of product I needed, she constantly checked another position. I said 100 times that a refund is not needed, just change the product to a high-quality one, but the request was not heard. We returned the money in cash, although I paid with a card, they did not even specify how convenient it is for me to return this money. I didn't hear any apologies for selling outright rotten stuff. The position was not removed from the sale, as it stood on the shelves, it still stands. This is such a sad and, unfortunately, not the first experience. I ask you to explain to employees the storage standards for raw meat and semi-finished products, as well as teach them how to properly regulate conflicts of this kind.
