Today, on January 3, 2026, at about 16:00, I wanted to take a slice of Carbonara pizza. It was badly cut (portions were not separated). I asked the saleswoman (45-50 years old) to cut it better, especially closer to the center. She was staring at me with such malice!!! I had to say it a few more times. Finally, the seller condescended to my request. And the pizza turned out to be completely empty, almost just one dough. When young guys work, the pizza is delicious and the service is polite. The assortment in the store has become much worse than it was a few years ago. There was also a case: Instead of 3 buns, they hit 33! So check the receipts!

Awesome store. The entrance and parking suck, but I really like the store itself. In addition to the usual Euro-wholesale template, there are flowers, and simple cooking, and pizza, and they even make onigiri - unexpectedly delicious! The receptionist came, snatched the product, made a cancellation and left, on my remark that I wanted to purchase the product, she just left. The product was punched at an inflated (compared to the price tag) price. I went to the information center, where I was subjected to aggressive and rude attacks from the administrator: "look what you take"; "you can read," etc. When it turned out that I know numbers and numbers and can read (unlike the administrator, who apparently saw the barcode for the 1st time and understood what it was for), they gave me the difference and did not even apologize for their rude behavior. Reasonably assuming that not all employees in the store were raised by stray dogs, I did not take the book of "reviews and suggestions" so that normal people would not be punished for an extremely ill-mannered and aggressive "fighting poltorashka" (poltorashka is not a tall girl). But we need to work on the personnel policy.
