At home, I accidentally noticed the receipt that was preserved and was surprised - it turns out that I did not buy Belarusian white cabbage, but Peking cabbage? It seems that the cashier Galina Romanova was experienced, but I definitely did not buy Peking cabbage, but ordinary Belarusian cabbage, which costs a penny. … What to do? It's good that I quickly noticed that I hadn't had time to cut the cabbage yet, and Euroopt was still working at Tekstilnaya 14a. I went there, went up to the administrator, greeted him, showed him the cabbage and asked, "Can you tell me what kind of cabbage it is?" "Beijing?" The administrator silently looks at the cabbage for 10 seconds and says – White cabbage. Then I show her the receipt, which says: "Peking cabbage 1 kg 4.99 x 2.02 10.08." Then another, more experienced colleague of hers, Tatiana Sokol, comes up, takes my check and goes to the cashier to Galina Romanova, who made a mistake. The first one at this time asks me a ridiculous question – Are you sure you didn't buy Peking cabbage? Not quite understanding the question, I suggested to her that you weigh this cabbage and check it against the receipt! A minute later, Tatiana returns, counts out 7.07 rubles and silently puts them in front of me with a new receipt for white cabbage worth 3.01 rubles, without taking into account the 10% social discount (-0.30 rubles). I ask her, don't you want to apologize? Sokol Tatiana replies – Why should we apologize? This is the cashier's mistake, not the store's. … Strange logic... isn't cashier Galina Romanova an employee of your store? I don't know about anyone, but for a Belarusian pensioner, 7 rubles is money that I would not like to lose due to the negligence of a Euroopt cashier. … I think that the director of Euroopt at Tekstilnaya needs to have a conversation with the employees and explain to them whether they need to apologize for their mistakes (which happen quite often here) and whether the cashier is an employee of the store?

A normal store, not to say that there is a very cool selection of products, but it will do :)the staff is pleasant, but the truth is in the sausage and sausage department, you can wait a week for an employee, as well as at the self-service checkout.There didn 't seem to be any problems with the quality of the finished products , they were delicious and not expensive .Parking is not very convenient for such a store.I am very glad that the store is open 24 hours, which is its undoubted advantage.
