The service is terrible. They are not respectful to customers (not everyone, the cashier with the African braids is very respectful). Last time I came to make purchases and the cashier had to confirm my energy drink and she categorically refused and the same thing just happened today and it's the second time 27.03.2025 20:40-20-50. The cashier asks for documents, I told her that I don't have any documents on me but I'm 18 years old, I'm a foreigner. And all foreigners here are 18 years old. Please reframe your worker otherwise you risk losing customers. Thanks

Terrible service at the checkout, firstly, the cashier was quite slow, at another checkout the queue moved 5 times faster, and the queue was the same size. Secondly, direct rudeness, I had a bill of 100 rubles, and at first she looked at me as if she wanted to send, then she started begging and demanding to pay with a smaller bill. She threw the change at me so hard that all the coins flew, I guess I need to say thank you for not to my face. If I could have given it 5 stars, this is an unacceptable level of service for the center of Minsk, and I would advise the store management not to let inadequate and unbalanced employees to serve people!
