the store is good, there are always fresh vegetables on the counter and they are always pleasantly decorated, but they did a reconstruction, during which they removed the usual cash registers ( left only 2) and put 13 self-service cash desks
due to this innovation, there are constant queues at the regular cash register in the store (not everyone uses cards all the time) and only 1 of the 2 cash registers always works
also, the queue is not 2-3 people, but 10 people each, and the store employees are interested in reducing it
they do not try to help people who have cards to deal with self-service cash desks, they do not help to figure out how to pay in cash in other ways

There is a good choice in the assortment, there is cooking, baking, a food bar. Availability of self-service cash desks. But the entrance and exit to the store are very poorly organized. With a large flow of people, it causes a crush. There are few places at the ticket offices, the aisles are narrow. In winter, the automatic door is closed and only the side door remains.
In terms of quality and assortment, it is good.

This store is the face of the city. Put the cash registers in order and replace the staff. It is unacceptable to be rude to the elderly. It is a pity that in our city there is such an attitude towards pensioners.

The new settlement system is more like one big joke. Instead of one queue, you stand in two. Grandmothers crowd for ignorance of use, sellers ignore two ordinary cash registers. This particular store is good, unlike its younger brothers, who never have anything in them, and it feels like the delivery was in the 2000s.
The only drawback here is that I bought French wine, I think it's new from them. Terrible sourness, I don't recommend it.

The most disgusting place. One star for its own production and design of the store as a whole. There are not enough cash desks, there are queues of 15 people for each self-service terminal. There are 0 cashiers at the cash desks! A couple of employees help, but it doesn't speed up purchases at all.

Удобное месторасположение, широкий ассортимент товаров и свежая вкусная выпечка, но на этом все плюсы закончены. Качество овощей оставляет желать лучшего. Картофель весь подмерзший, гнилой, морковь тоже, хотя уже апрель месяц. Купила куриное филе, придя домой, оказалось, что оно ужасно вонючее и срок годности истек сегодня. Кассы расположены достаточно близко, лента маленькая, невозможно разложить весь товар. Продавщица настоящая хамка. Такое чувство, что в этом магазине невозможно расплачиваться наличкой, потому что продавщица устроила буквально скандал, что зачем ей суют эти деньги, если у нее нет мелочи, буквально обвинив в том, что теперь у нее нет монет в кассе из-за того, что ей пришлось сдачу.

Вполне себе достойный магазин похожий на российский пятак. По местным меркам цены достойные, дешевле, чем в простом лабаз покупать. Широкий выбор товара, бакалея и молочка всегда свежие. Есть терминалы самообслуживания, что заметно сокращает очередь на кассе. Очень понравилось, что можно расплачиваться российскоц картой "МИР", конвертация происходит автоматически по курсу на день. 5 звёзд, не меньше.

Для небольшого магазина у дома - просто отлично. Ассортимент поддерживают, полки не пустуют и, самое заметное отличие от 90% аналогичных магазинов, не оставляют кассы пустыми. У них всегда на кассах сидят люди в достаточном количестве, в пиковые часы реально работают все 5-6 касс. Причем работники годами одни и те же, работают очень быстро. Респект директору магазина за такую организацию работы!

It is impossible to be in the store and calmly choose goods, because all clothes and hair are soaked with this terrible smell. It is impossible to finish the working day in this cloud of the smell of chebureks and be the source of this "beautiful" fragrance for the rest of the day.
I have a big request to isolate the cooking area and make a good hood in it.

Чистый магазин. Нет потусторонних запахов. Продукция свежая, на любой вкус. Распробовали в кулинарии куриные спинки гриль, ну очень вкусно. Персонал отзывчивый. Очень довольны.

Отличный выбор товаров, удобное расположение - на выезде из Минска, то есть по пути домой можно купить все нужное. Цены не кусачие, персонал вежливый. В будний день очередей замечено не было.

Всегда большие очереди на кассах, вне зависимости от времени суток. Почти всегда не работают автоматические двери. Очень много людей в магазине, есть кассы самообслуживания, но они часто зависают из-за весовых товаров ( выпечка, фрукты, овощи) и персонал возле них невежливый. Цены на фрукты и овощи завышены. Очень вкусная выпечка, роллы.

Кассир Латвинович не знает закон от слова совсем. На момент приобретения товара запросила паспорт, который у меня находился на визе. Копии паспорта, электронные варианты паспорта ее не устроили, хотя это документ подтверждающий личность и по закону я имею право купить товар с продажей 18+
(Для смеха мне 25)
Обучите своих сотрудников документации, которую человек может предоставить для подтверждения возраста.

Выбор товаров не очень велик для такого большого магазина. Очень дорогая выпечка. Своя кулинария - тоже, и её мало в целом. Радует, что появились кассы самообслуживания. Фрукты и овощи редко хорошего качества можно купить.

Отличный сетевой магазин. Огромный выбор товаров, свежая выпечка, отдел пиццы и роллов. Кассы самообслуживания, в час пик возможны очереди в обычные кассы.

Как-то на днях решил купить знаменитый чебурек на пиве с курицей. В итоге взял горяченький вот вот приготовленный. Спустя минут 10 решил его оприходовать, а там мясо оказалось не совсем готовое, да и тесто сыроватое. Получилось съесть только половину и то с трудом. Вечером уже почувствовал живот что не нужно было и половины кушать, а просто взять и вернуть им обратно.
