I will say from personal experience: the store not only has a very poor assortment (primarily milk and bread), but also slow and incompetent employees who work reluctantly, always with an angry and tired expression on their faces and have no responsible attitude towards customers. Plus, there is often only one cash register!! And this is despite the fact that the store's attendance and workload are high.
