I constantly use self-service cash desks, if I need the participation of an administrator, then there simply isn't one!!! There is not a single employee in the hall! You turn to the cashier (there is almost always only one cashier), so she looks at you like a leper, and still you stand and wait while she serves a couple of people at the checkout. I contacted the hotline, they just apologize. I don't need your apologies in any sauce! You need to work normally!
