Everything is clean, but baskets have to be taken under the cash register during rush hour, as well as the queue itself, which can be up to 10 people at the cash register. But there are CSRs, usually empty or with a queue of a couple of people, which saves the situation. The employees are polite, in clean uniforms, ready to help and communicate (this is not Minsk!), but there are shoals due to the lack of professionalism of the new staff. I have noticed more than once that there is one cash register in the hall, which is completely packed in a queue of customers, and the rest are smoking at the back entrance. Prices are quite high when comparing prices in the capital, but this is due to the lack of competition in the area. Otherwise, everything is average, which is almost premium for such a place.

In general, there is a good assortment in many product lines (it is clear that it is not super- and, moreover, not a hypermarket). The problem is that there is no Internet in this store (and almost no mobile connection), so it is absolutely impossible to launch an application (for example, the Euroopt application).
