After the renovation, it became more spacious. The range has always been good both before and after the renovation. A coffee machine counter appeared. Special thanks for the trash can for batteries and accumulators. It's bad that the cash register is 1, and the self-service machines are always yelling that the weight is wrong or something else is wrong. They're always clamoring for something. Elderly people are generally uncomfortable with the equipment. If there were 3 cash desks with cashiers and 2 self-service cash desks, it would be easier and there would be no queue like this. UPDATE Recently entered rush hour (17-18:00). 2 cash desks with a cashier smoothed out the situation, but the queue is still huge.

Great choice and lots of stuff. It's a nice, tidy and clean store, but there are moments - the baking is already kind of stale, and the cash register area, especially the CSR, is very cramped and there is no controller nearby that can help break through 18+ products. In the photo, the croissant is from there, for 2 rubles it is magnificent.

Today I visited this store and was extremely dissatisfied with the service. Here are some reasons why my visit left a negative impression.: 1. Self-service cash registers: CSR is installed in the store, but there is no dedicated specialist who could help in case of problems. When I pressed the button to call the administrator, I had to wait a long time for someone to come up. As a result, a cashier from a regular cashier approached me, which caused a delay and inconvenience for other customers. 2. Lack of space: There is very little space in the self-service checkout area, which leads to a constant crowd of people. This creates inconvenience and discomfort when shopping. 3. Rude service: Today, when I pressed the button to call the administrator, no one approached me for a long time. The cashier from the regular cash register, who eventually came over, answered my questions very rudely, which left an unpleasant impression. 4. Problems with the purchase: I was unable to buy one head of garlic, because the system did not allow the purchase due to its low weight. The cashier offered to buy two heads so that the scale would recognize the weight, and I had to cancel the purchase. As a result, I left all the groceries at the self-service checkout and left, dissatisfied with the service. This is not the first time that I have encountered rudeness and inconvenience in your store. There are always a lot of people here in the evening, and self-service ticket offices only make the situation worse. I hope that the store management will pay attention to these problems and take measures to improve the service.
