We often bought groceries in this store, but the cons outweigh all the pros, and apparently today was the last time I visited it. The milk has been overdue lately, although the date is normal and this is not the first case, accordingly, the rules of product storage have been violated. I bought the meat today, brought it home, opened the package and there was already a slight smell of spoiled! There are always long queues, there is always one cashier at both the cash register and the self-service checkout, and the same cashier is laying out the goods. There's a separate story about the department where the seller should be and letting people go, it's good if he's there... Cashiers are also people, they also need lunch, that's all clear. But today, there were about 20 people in line at the checkout, and new people were coming up. I stood at the self-service checkout for 25 minutes waiting for the administrator because the terminal was frozen...The girl from the checkout came up once, made a cancellation that didn't work, said try it and left, because she was alone and there was also a big queue, there was always some kind of problem with the self-service checkout... So no one solved the problem, and after that I still stood in a new queue at the checkout for another 15 minutes. Or change the store manager and put things in order, or at least recruit staff. This is the number one store chain in Belarus. And I don't understand how you can make such mistakes that can lead the store to losses, fines and bad comments! Do not abuse the fact that customers live nearby and it is convenient to choose this store after work.

A new cashier was put at the checkout, I put two different buns in one bag, there were never any problems in other Eureka, they punched in the same bag) the cashier sent me back with a decree that I was working here for the first day)
Okay, I freaked out, packed the buns in different packages, I'm going to self-service, as a result - two cash registers with an error and there is no administrator)
One cash register worked, then opened a second one with the same newcomer) He told me that he hates baking.
Dear managers, recruit normal staff, and cashiers - respect at least and do not blame everyone for the fact that you had to work here.

It's like in a country store. Poking visitors is also probably a systemic moment for him, he has observed it at least twice, so this is not normal. He is far from an exemplary store of a large chain. I live in the same house where the store is located and go there every day. The staff does not bother at all and labels with the date of packaging are glued to the products of their own production every day. For the sake of interest, I went to the sausage department for a week and took the same blood from the self-service rack... There, the label was simply pasted on top of the old one and due to the fact that the product was wet, yesterday's packaging date was revealed immediately below today's one. Within a week, this bloodstain had already turned green, but still it was not thrown away. Sausages and meat always expire after 2-3 days. Guys, even the chickens in your store already have a cadaverous smell. Do you really think that someone will buy them?
I can't say anything bad about the staff. Funny and kind girls. And if they are rude to someone, they do it in response to even more arrogant and arrogant customers.

Cons: Rude at the checkout. They never say hello, they look at you like you're a g****, they're rude. The most juice always happens at the self-service checkout. There is always no administrator in place. To my question: can someone come up and help? They always yell that they can't help in any way and in general they have a vacancy for an administrator, come get a job :) Is this normal in your opinion? The other day I bought an energy drink, as usual, no one came up. I stood for 5 minutes, then I turned to the cashier, to which I received aggression in my direction. At the same time, a guy was buying beer next to me and the cashier calmly gave him a card so that he could punch alcoholic beverages for himself, there was still 0 attention on me. I had to ask a person from the audience to help. There is complete chaos going on, although literally half a year ago everything was adequate.

Self-service ticket offices with constant problems. Constant mistakes in something. Either in the product, or in the payment. As I understand it, the store administrator is never at the workplace. I'll never wait. Cashiers are rude, rude, it's worth asking for help. They won't do. So much time and nerves need to be killed in order to basically go for a little. In a word, it's bad. There has never been such a case definitely in this store that the purchase went well.
