With such an attitude, no one will work there for a penny, also, I pay attention that the director exceeds his official powers, in that he removes nothing from his people for anything, removes because the light is not extinguished in the corridors, although it is prohibited for safety reasons. Withdraws money for an overdue item that was on the counter? - and who is to blame for this ? - Yes, the person who works there alone in the department will be made guilty, although there should be at least two people, and what is it worth to withdraw this money from him? I also notice that the girls working in the store take out heavy goods with boxes - is this really the way it should be? - Where is the loader who should be doing this ??? So if there are not enough people in the store, and a person works for two, three - is it worth raising wages, giving out bonuses? Or add some percentage to the salary... From my point of view, the working staff has no motivation, maybe it's worth thinking about? - Or is it just easier for you to find the culprit and withdraw money from him ? The store is full of chaos, everything is happening because of the director.
