It's unrealistic, it's unclear where to go and you have to rush between classes and so all the buyers. We kindly ask you to install a fence and make a single queue. Because in all other respects, the store is quite on the level.

The store itself has become less tidy. At the self-service checkout, if the seller's confirmation is needed, sometimes you have to wait a long time. The staff is generally normal. There are often queues, especially during rush hour, as there are 2 ticket offices.
