The quality of the goods, as elsewhere, I can't say anything bad. Queues, especially in the evenings and on holidays, constantly, even after the self-service ticket offices were added, the problem did not go away. The cash registers are half full, there may be a shortage of employees.

A big plus is self-service cash desks, and even with cash, not only with a card. But the big minus is that there is no single queue at the ticket offices as it was before. It's unrealistic, it's unclear where to go and you have to rush between classes and so all the buyers. We kindly ask you to install a fence and make a single queue. Because in all other respects, the store is quite on the level.

The store itself has become less tidy. At the self-service checkout, if the seller's confirmation is needed, sometimes you have to wait a long time. The staff is generally normal.
