I am horrified by the work of Euroopt on Nalibokskaya Street. 11/8/2025 I was buying groceries. Some of them are tangerines. I took it for 5p.49 kopecks.on the stock, there were also tangerines, but for 9p49kop. There were no tangerines at the self-service checkout for 5p.49 kopecks.I called the administration, she came up and rudely replied that I had tangerines for 9p.49 kopecks.and I punched them. Of course I paid, but I went to the luggage room and left a bag of groceries there, and went to look at the tangerines again. She took a photo and showed me which tangerines I bought. She was rude to me again, saying that my hair was darker in color, and they didn't look like 5p.49 kopecks. Horror, I asked for a complaint book and wrote a complaint, of course, another administrator offered to refund the overpayment. But that's not even the point, I didn't have much. The bottom line is that they were rude 2 times and it's unclear who they exposed. And I can imagine how many people like me there were. They left in silence. Although when I got home, I just thought that I should have gone up to the guards and asked them to look at the cameras, because it would have been visible there. I took tangerines.
