There is a good store near the house, sometimes there is a delay, sellers understand the situation. Most often I meet rude sellers in the meat department. And I take something there extremely rarely, because not all products have labeling. Everyone at the checkout is friendly. The trouble with price tags, grocery baskets could be cleaner:(I would like the store to be open at least from 8:30, because there is a vending machine with normal coffee. Purely because of him, I would ask you to open early, cleanly take it before work. Delicious pastries.

The store is terrible. Terrible administration. As they say, the fish rots from the head, so here there seems to be no head at all! Constantly rotten vegetables and fruits. Permanently expired products, even if the expiration date is ok. Most likely, all possible storage rules are completely violated, because the same products in any other store are fine. But mold can be found very often here! Do not take the oygurts, they are constantly in trouble. And the price tags are always mixed up or missing altogether, especially for fish. They probably don't know where the fish are)))
Once I came to the store, but there are no sellers at the checkout! They just don't exist)))) I asked to call the salesman, but they were rude to me, then a woman came and rudely said, as if she was doing me a favor: you see, the senior cashier is serving you.

Somehow I went to the self-service checkout, and there I began to be indignant at the simple question "can I use my bag with things?" Her eyes were very angry, as if I had asked something terrible. They have one employee who is constantly indignant, complaining and rude, but she is not fired. And she began to resent the customers even more, yes, for any reason! I understand her, because her superiors encourage her behavior!
In general, the store is a complete mess, and some of the staff have definitely never heard anything about how to treat customers))))
And they keep doing it. It's a pity that the store is nearby, but we still try to go to any other stores.
I understand that you don't care about the customers anymore, but the quality of the management and part of the staff has been at full zero for a long time.
Although there are very good sellers!

Отличный магазин, можно купить все необходимые товары, очень вежливые кассиры, и администраторы работающие на зале, работники в кассах самообслуживания, вежливы в общении, компетентны, всегда проконтролируют и проследят за правильностью совершения покупки, и проведение оплаты через аппарат самообслуживания. В данном евроопте хороший персонал. Девушки вежливые и всегда помогут с выбором и ответят на ваши вопросы. Ассортимент тоже достаточно широкий. Много чего можно купить готового на ужин. Это часто выручает.

Отличный магазин шаговой доступности,небольшой,но всё необходимое есть. Есть отдел кулинарии, торты,суши,выпечка. Не супермаркет конечно,но основные потребности закроет.

Выбор товаров очень хороший, всё относительно свежее. Очередей больших бывает редко, но всё таки иногда бывает. Выпечка мне очень нравится, свежее и вкусное.

С учётом, что один из немногих магазинов в молодом районе, то конечно бывает наплыв посетителей, особенно после работы.
Вполне себе норм магазин. Всё что нужно есть.
Кстати заппобовал их беляши на днях - очень понравились. И сочные и до вкусной корочки прожарены и нет привкуса масла. Так что здесь повар молодец!

Так как проживаю прямо в доме, в котором магазин, то как жилец скажу- удобно и классно! Большой магазин, не типичный для встроенных в дома. Огромный выбор всего, цены хорошие. Внутри ещё есть зоомагазин, что также круто! Если рассматривать как отдельный магазин, специально бы я туда не ехал, пару минут на машине и будет большой гипермаркет гиппо . Но выйти в халатике за водой - это по красоте!

Хороший магазин и лучший из всех Еврооптов в которых я бывал. Если нужно заехать в магазин по дороге домой еду туда хотя и не совсем по дороге. Хороший ассортимент продуктов, всё аккуратно и по-порядку.

Вечные очереди!!! И собаки в магазине. Не раз об этом говорила сотрудникам - на что мне ответили - ну как я им объясню, что с собакой нельзя. Так и нужно объяснить - с собаками нельзя. Один раз наблюдала, что вообще собака сидела в лотке с арбузами.
Ещё продавцы не знают ассортимент. Спросила - есть ли моцарелла. Сотрудник разозлилась, тк в тот момент она беседовала со своим другом, - и сказала - нет. А она была. Просто ее переместили с обычного места в другой ряд.

Хоть магазин и большой, но ассортимент всегда так себе, вечером выходного дня совсем там делать нечего, т.к. количество проживающих в микрорайоне не соответствует количеству продуктовых магазинов. Парковка достаточно большая.
