only self-service cash desks are open. this is extremely inconvenient, since it is not always possible to pay by card and there is always a fear that something will not get through and then there will be more claims. if you choose to pay in cash, then you need to go to the administrator, who always has a huge queue. the person himself works reluctantly, but it is unpleasant to stand. I've never seen more than one person working. The choice is really good, but it's a monopoly in this place.

Terrible attitude towards customers and their work. There are a lot of products whose prices do not match those stated on the price tags. They just deliver the same new goods from other shipments and do not compare prices. You get the real information already in the receipt. But the staff of this store treats customers rudely, and as self-service cash desks appeared, the staff generally became wild, due to the fact that visitors naturally have questions about such an innovation. And we had such a situation ourselves. The price of 6.99 was indicated in the mandarin store, there was no such price at the self-service checkout, and there were three mandarin positions there, we went to check the prices again and still did not find the right price at the checkout. They asked the administrator for help, and he said, "So here they are for 7.99."))) but there was no such price on the price tags, and he also tells us to "look at the prices better." Euroopt, when you make a promotion for a product on a card, you can indicate the price next to the promotional price if there is no discount card, then there are serious questions at the checkout, and the exhausted administrator then gets angry that you ask stupid questions. The point is not that it turned out to be more expensive by a ruble, but in the attitude of the staff to the customers, because the visitor comes to the store spends his money, and in response receives a rude reaction from the self-service administrator. And the situation with dissatisfied staff in this store is not the first time it has been repeated. If the job is not enjoyable, then why work on it?

The operator at the self-service checkout refused to help, refused to give her last name. She said you don't have to come to our store. I don't understand why Euroopt needs such employees.

The service in the store is disgusting. Meat department: the seller has to wait a very long time, they are served without gloves and a hat. The fruits are rotten, and the grapes have mold on them. The older generation is not ready for this, the queues at rush hour are simply unbearable. **Terrible shopping experience!** A store where you have to finish the goods yourself is just a nightmare. Queues stretch for half a store, and wasting time on this is not the most pleasant activity. It is especially hard to look at pensioners who are forced to stand and wait for someone to help them deal with this inconvenient process. And the most annoying thing is that the problem is not the customers, but the fact that the employer apparently cannot find people for a ridiculous salary. But why should we, the customers, suffer because of this? This is a complete disrespect for our time and comfort. I don't want to waste my nerves here anymore. I do not recommend it!

The only thing that starts to annoy is the labeled product: it is impossible to change the quantity, and about this the CSR swears and gives an error to check the quantity and it is impossible to do this without the help of the administrator.

Several self-service ticket offices are open, which partially solves the problem. Parking is stuffy, but sufficient. Pharmacy. An animal store. The price tag had a price of 4.99 rubles. At the checkout, 7.19 rubles were punched. Situation number 2, we decided to buy a kettle. The price was 24 rubles. 32 rubles broke through at the checkout.
