But you need to ask a woman for a key, who doesn't really want anyone to approach her at all. She gave me the key, grunted and turned away. We ran around everything with this key, and there is no toilet. He was somewhere in some secret room, but we didn't find it. There is no one to ask. One cashier has a long queue, the second one is on the phone! It's like I've been to a village!

The employees are trying their best! Self-service ticket offices are top. This is a victory over queues! Built-in shopping pavilions are a bonus: dry cleaning, electronics of all kinds, coffee, dried fruits, toys and a pharmacy.

The toilet for visitors in this Euroopt is simply amazing! It's dirty, it stinks, the used toilet paper baskets are overflowing, they haven't been cleaned for probably a month. No soap, no toilet paper. I wonder where the inspectors are looking at the sanitary condition of the store? There will soon be some animals there! Is it worth locking it with a key if you don't clean it anyway!

And here is the story that became the reason to write this review: at 21:43 they came to the self-service cash desks, where the employee rudely replied that these cash desks did not work, so they went to a regular cash register. I think that it is not permissible to close the cash registers before the last customer leaves the store. This store is still very, very far from European standards of service!
