We made some self-service cash desks, why should I serve myself, they don't pay me for it and there are no discounts, the price tags are not correct, the baskets are dirty. You also queue during rush hour and get old in the queue. The store is also huge, there are a lot of goods, which means prices should be cheap, but no, more expensive!It's also cheaper to enter a small radius there!

But what a fatal mistake it was to add most of the self-service cash desks, it's enough that there are normal self-service cash desks where you can immediately use cash and a card and you don't have to run anywhere, namely because there are few staff, there are always queues at these cash desks because they are not still being sorted out, but for now someone If you wait, you can already stand for an hour. And of course about the staff, this is also an eternal problem, that at self-service ticket offices, also in the ready products section, 1 seller for everything, past the queue at the checkout, the queue is also for products, RECRUIT PEOPLE! Otherwise, half of my life is now in the queue at the euroopt. I'm also tired of the eternal problem that there are price tags in the baking section, it's unclear how, like you take what you want, but it turns out it's different. I would like to hope that at least something will be fixed, otherwise it will be faster to go to another store

Well, a new review) the product selection is excellent, the variety and assortment of different product categories are + I took the star off the cash register. When you take a couple of items (2-3) and stand for 15 minutes waiting for your huge cars to be scanned, it's hard... a cash register with a cashier has never worked with me, but it would be nice for customers with purchases of up to 5 units at least The staff was wonderful and not even grumpy. Thank you for that.

It used to be the best store in the chain. After it was reduced, I stopped liking it. If you don't like everything, you can't find the product, the sellers are indifferent that you don't ask, they are unhappy. There's one cash register with a cashier, and there's always a queue. They have instructed the terminals, but the customers are mostly elderly and do not know how...Discounted goods are on the price tags - at the terminal at full price, if you don't keep track, you'll pay. I contacted the administrator, but I lost time, I had to refuse the product (twice).

We arrived at this "store" at 8 a.m., walked for 30 minutes, picked out groceries, took 2 carts with a slide!!!! And what do you think? When approaching the checkout, it turned out that only self-service works!!!!! At the REPEATED request to open a normal cash register, the woman refused, when asked to help break through the goods (she made a face as if I owed her something)! At the self-service checkout, accordingly, half of the goods did not break through, after hearing another refusal, they simply left the goods and went to another store! The store administration is kindly asked to pay attention to this employee and at least to the lost profits. The mood is ruined by 0 stars!

As if she was mocking us: the whole sausage did not break through, alcohol only with her help (18+) At the same time, she argued that she was busy (although the time was 08:30 in the morning!) I stood at the back and didn't even try to help! The people were absent! We demand feedback so that the higher management will definitely punish the impudent girl! We were there on 07/20/25 at about 8:30 am! From the last unpleasant situations: a boorish cleaner chases customers, no "please", nothing, in order to choose 5 positions in the dairy department, I had to move away several times and approach again, and all this with a stroller in one hand and a full basket in the other, I was told that if I did not move away now, then the stroller will be touched by this huge washing machine, I repeat, please do not move away, namely in the above wording. It is a pity that there was no time to go and write a review in the complaint book so that the management would deal with the issue of training staff to communicate politely with customers. The cashiers are great, of course, they always say hello, they punch everything quickly, there are no questions for them. And the queues are not their fault.
