Terrible service. At the self-service checkout, the administrator (Skurapa, it seems, is her last name) yells at customers from afar that they are doing something wrong, to come up and help, it is clear that her duties are not included. She yelled at an adult man in front of me. Then she decided to pick on me. When I told her that I didn't need her help, she was also rude and told me that if I was in a bad mood, I shouldn't spoil it for her. Maybe she just has nothing to do but pester?! Euroopt owners, managers, tell your employees that they are not at home, they did not come to ask for a loan, that this is their job. Either they help customers, or they just don't bother. You will teach them the rules of communication with customers. There's no way I'm going into a store like this anymore. The feeling of being doused with slop.

Great store! large area of the trading floor, well-thought-out zoning, proximity to parking. And relatively few random people. Before Euroopt, there was a Belmarket here, which moved out of here literally after the opening of the rest of the Satellite buildings. I can imagine how they bite their elbows now!

Let's go to the self-service checkout, as it is more convenient and faster. There were no bonsticks on the cash register itself (the first one on the right) and generally on the right side. My son and I have specially collected goods so that we can take one bonstic. A message popped up that we could purchase it, but they weren't around. We decided that it was probably necessary to go to the main cash register. After paying for the purchases, we went to the main cashier to find out if it is now possible to buy bonsticks from them for 20 kopecks, to which we received a hard answer that no. You need to buy right away!! And where??? It turned out that they were somewhere in the back at another self-service checkout. Does this mean that you have to stand and look around in search??? So put up an ad that they are at the next cash register BEHIND YOUR BACK. There are no eyes on the back. The bonstick was not sold, the child was upset. I am disappointed with the store once again!!!! We could have met them halfway, because there was a check.
