To any question about the product, the sellers respond as if you went to their house and asked about the products from his refrigerator, and not in the store. It feels like people are being forced to work there by angry, dissatisfied people.

We were surprised by the Christmas and New Year prices for champagne: it turned out to be 20 percent or more cheaper than in chain suburban hypermarkets (and this is on the central street of Minsk!). And the long work interval - as much as 23-00 allows you to seriously help with food for both tourists who ran in during the day and Minsk residents who were late. And what a lobby all over the first floor! (Does it refer to a supermarket?) With several small cafes and points of sale of wonderful and diverse Minsk cakes and other snacks. With good coffee of various preparations and varieties and a variety (even rare) teas. Tables, and more racks - along the entire line of large windows. Which are convenient to observe the life of the capital's residents. From the quibbles: a very steep staircase that turns the ascent from the first floor to the supermarket into an ascent that is difficult for people with limited mobility (perhaps there is an elevator somewhere, but we did not find it; and if not, it would be good to install it). I will note only one minus - today, 08/06/2023 at 20:16, when the goods were punched at the checkout, the seller had a feeling that he was under something. Politeness is zero, he spoke rudely, at first he said that he would not give change and that I would look for 5 kopecks, and then with indignant words he said that he was giving the last trifle, despite the fact that I was already looking for a trifle and could really give it without conflicts and even said that I would find it. Then, after me, the girl came to the checkout immediately, and also neither hello nor goodbye, but only a claim for a bottle of water accidentally carried with her.

Sellers are rude: they complain that you come to the checkout with a "full cart" (although it is half empty), that the card may not work. They also tried to make me run to return goods to the shelf, even though I have a leg injury and I limp.
I do not want to return to this store, and even more so to buy something. Evroopt rolled down like a store for me.

There are no questions to the staff (sellers and cashiers), they are ALWAYS polite and will help you find what you need, even if it is not in the department where the seller is located. This is all one of the advantages.
Of the minuses, there is practically no one, only a couple of sellers, every other time, at the department where the joint venture and milk , cashiers for some reason are engaged in shipping goods, and do not sit at the cash desks where self-service to help or confirm that you are 18 . There are very few cashiers , there are no cashiers to recruit at the cash desks , instead the management has set up self -service cash desks . A lot of people (and pensioners) come who do not know how to use such cash registers and because of this, the queue stretches , because people go to a regular cash register where two cashiers work.As a result, we have organizational queues
I watched the picture , got up in the department where they sell raw products , stood in line for 15 minutes , the poor girl was alone , the problem is that the management redid the department and made it into a circle , dividing it into sectors and departments turned out : ready , raw , sausages and desserts , in theory there should be 3-4 sellers , but no he ONE, of course, there is always a lot of traffic, because this is the city center and naturally the waiting time stretches to unknown minutes . And someone from the superiors is standing nearby and cheerfully discussing something , there is no way to get up to help , he just talked , saw this picture that the seller was running around alone , bursting and went about his business . It's a shame that they can't recruit salespeople for permanent jobs. After all, I think it would be much faster and more effective work than it is now . When everyone would be responsible only for their department, standing at their workplace.

They sell a pancake cake with absolutely raw minced meat inside under the guise of a finished product. It is not cheap, but it is frankly dangerous to health. In one piece, the minced meat is 75% raw, in the other - 90%, the photo shows that the whole piece is pink. Fraud, negligence, tainted product and wasted money.

I recently visited the Euroopt store and was extremely dissatisfied with the service. There were no cashiers at the self-service cash desks, which made the shopping process difficult. There was also slowness in regular cash desks, as there were two cashiers who could not cope with the flow of customers. I can suggest that for the same reason, the number of self-service ticket offices has increased))
I hope the management will take measures to improve the situation, otherwise visiting this store will be a real test for customers.
